Sealing systemDESCRIPTIONAfter the filled glass bottle with champagne has been corked by wooden cork, the high pressure in the glass bottle maybe extrude the wooden cork out. So we need to lock the cork with wire cap. And then give the bottleneck a nice aluminum film.
 The introduction of the whole sealing system from Europe makes us the only supplier of the whole production line of champagne in China.
Blending systemDESCRIPTIONThe machine adopts the injector to add carbon dioxide.And the carbon dioxide filling adopts the venturi injector, which can keep the constant flow rate all the time and can
The mixing ratio is accurate and easy to adjust. Without changing parts, the machine can produce high speed and adjust the ratio of wine and water conveniently.

Labeling machineDESCRIPTIONSelf-adhesive labeling machine is suitable for side labeling, especially on the cylindrical, flat, square, rectangular and

Packaging systemDESCRIPTIONOnce your beverage product has been filled and the bottle has been labelled, the primary package is gently transferred using conveyors to its secondary packaging process. The final result is the package the customer sees at the point of sale, so it needs to grab their attention. These packs ensure protection from elements such as weather, pressure and temperature changes.
